MARINA DELFINES is a small, private development; the architect being from Mexico city and with credentials he is proud to share with you. Workers at a cement factory working on a large project with him had a saying "What is the definition of a camel? A mouse designed by Architect Ruiz!"

His son is the developer and financial backer for the project and intends to bring his family to live there once the project is complete. He wants his children to grow up out of the fray of Mexico City and enjoy a safe and a well-rounded education.

Despite raw materials soaring and various other impediments the family continues to stick together and every week they make progress on the 3 building phases.  Phase one is totally complete and ready for sale.  Some units are available though many are already sold and lived in.

Phase 2 is almost finished and phase 3 with the common area swimming pool and private parking is due to be started in early 2007.

We hope you will enjoy our site, ask us any questions you want to, and maybe even consider putting your name against one of them?  Inspections trips can certainly be organised, with an English or Spanish speaking interpreter and prices would be quoted on application.
