You may want to furnish it in an adequate but perhaps less extravagant style, suitable to attract a rental income.

BUT you may not want to pay the elevated high street prices in downtown PV for the stylish designs you see in the furniture shops.

Well we can help, we are based in Nuevo Vallarta and it is what we LOVE doing!

We can source whatever you want at little more than manufacturer's prices because we already buy from the main furniture and artesan workers in Jalisco province as part of our existing lifestyle business.

This means that combined with our ability to communicate in Spanish, we have purchasing power to put together furniture packages to suit every need and budget. Rugs, lamps, beds, sofas, white goods, crockery, pewter, cutlery, artwork, decorative touches, garden furniture, cocktail bars, pots and planters, statues, chimeneas, …you name it - we can usually get it! Custom made items are no problem though can take a little longer to deliver than off-the-shelf items. Marble and granite, chandeliers, Mexican antiquary are all within our grasp. Transportation to the delivery site is extra to the furniture package and will be quoted at cost.

We have compiled a variety of different packages which you can adapt to your needs. For example Pack A is the exclusive designer range and Pack D is the restricted budget range. All packs are available in 4 colour combinations and for as many people as you need, so a 2-10 bedroom villa or condo buys Pack A for X-people in Y-colour ways. Since we are British, we have coded the colours to the European weather so we have spring/summer/autumn (fall) and winter. Simple. Pick one theme or mix and match according to the rooms.

Anyone wanting a quintessentially English feel for their home gets our advice for free! We can get the items you are likely to need to achieve this look.

If you have decided you prefer to leave your new house or condo empty but ensure the property is aired, cleaned and generally looked after in your absence you can take advantage of our "caretaker" service or home-sits. Please ask us for more details.
