Look no further! This is a gorgeous location, occupying a huge corner plot, and has the most spacious and tasteful accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. What a place for a get together or special occasion. Whales bask in the bay from December to March and you have prime views!

A huge open atrium and upstairs verandah give a wonderful feeling of airiness and luxury. Floors are polished marble, furnishings throughout are high quality Mexican with a touch of Morocco as the big metal lanterns suspend themselves imposingly from the ceiling. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, terrace and walk-in closets. All beds have been commissioned in iron by the owners. The master suite has a beautiful bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, decadently appointed.

Feelings of luxury and simplicity combine at Casa Uno. The lush tropical vegetation outside your own front door rushes to meet the frothy white of the ocean and yet all main amenities are just a 2 minute drive away in the old fishing village which is now enjoying investment and sympathetic expansion. Here you will find restaurants, bars, local shops and market, taco stands and all manner of other things to help you enjoy your vacation.

You even have a 2 car garage and a drive of your own! Car hire rates are favourable if you are a guest of Casa Uno. A shared private swimming pool (infinity style) is also provided in this small complex.

Accommodation comprises in brief:

1 master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom.
1 twin bedded room with ensuite private shower room
3 queen bedded rooms with ensuite private shower room

Lounge and Dining Room have fully opening sliding glass doors leading onto your private terrace and BBQ. Telephone, TV, stereo player provided. Internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen with full electric oven, linens, towels and daily cleaner are included in the rates.

NEW MEET AND GREET SERVICE

We are happy to help you get to your destination within the Banderas Bay area wherever possible.

If you need meeting at the airport or at your accommodation simply email us on
info@casadalipartnership.com and we will advise you of availability and cost.

If you wish to be met because you are staying at one of our private accommodations, include this on your booking form, giving details of your flight number, time of arrival, how many adults and children in your party and we will be there to meet you.

Normally there will be no charge for this service if it is within the hours of 0900 to 2200 hrs. If you have a preference to be greeted by a Spanish or English speaking representative from our company please also indicate this at the time and we will try and accommodate your request. Whoever meets you will ensure you are safely at your accommodation and will answer any questions you may have.

Travelling time from the airport to any of our accommodation is no more than 40 minutes (to la Cruz) and approx 20 minutes elsewhere, depending on the time of day.
