This charming area of Puerto Vallarta’s marina is tranquil and calm, has every amenity within easy reach and is part of a well established residential area with 24 hour security. It lies on a direct bus route along the main highway and is served by a regular local bus to the downtown areas of Puerto Vallarta.

The leafy cobbled walkways of Isla Iguana have charm and character, reminiscent of “old Mexico”, faded villas with cupolas, vibrant town houses and abundant tropical foliage ensure you feel relaxed and pampered.

Despite the antiquity of the area, the accommodation is up to date and comfortable.

This house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms with private bathrooms, they have tasteful décor and custom built wrought iron beds. They feature soft lighting, charming details and some have balconies overlooking the pool. There are 2 queen sized bedrooms and one room with twin beds.

Floors throughout are polished marble, as are the walk-in shower and bathrooms. The kitchen has a tiled breakfast bar and features electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and sufficient crockery for 6 people. There is a separate cloak room in the entrance hall.

A panoramic full length sliding door gives you access to your private patio and dining area and from here you can enjoy the swimming pool and palapa BBQ area.
All linens and towels are supplied but please bring items such as DVDs/CDs and beach towels if you would like to.

A $500 refundable damage deposit is taken with the final payment for the booking and will be refunded within 10 days after the apartment is checked for loss or damage.
50% of the cost of the stay is required with the booking and the balance is due 60 days before the reservation commences. Taxes and utilities are included in the above prices.

NEW MEET AND GREET SERVICE

We are happy to help you get to your destination within the Banderas Bay area wherever possible.

If you need meeting at the airport or at your accommodation simply email us on
info@casadalipartnership.com and we will advise you of availability and cost.

If you wish to be met because you are staying at one of our private accommodations, include this on your booking form, giving details of your flight number, time of arrival, how many adults and children in your party and we will be there to meet you.

Normally there will be no charge for this service if it is within the hours of 0900 to 2200 hrs. If you have a preference to be greeted by a Spanish or English speaking representative from our company please also indicate this at the time and we will try and accommodate your request. Whoever meets you will ensure you are safely at your accommodation and will answer any questions you may have.

Travelling time from the airport to any of our accommodation is no more than 40 minutes (to la Cruz) and approx 20 minutes elsewhere, depending on the time of day.
