You are sitting in the office, staring into the gloomy weather and wondering what life would be like on one of the world’s most stunning marina. Your thoughts drift towards the Pacific coast of Mexico, to Puerto Vallarta with it’s stunning mountain, jungle and ocean backdrop.  What an artist’s or dreamer’s paradise!  Well if this area was good enough for Burton and Taylor, it should be good enough for us!

Add to this your own private sun terrace, overlooking the million dollar yachts, the playful dolphins, rays and sea lions, and you are somewhere close to the paradise we can spoil you with here at the Marina in Nuevo Vallarta.

A taxi ride of only 15 minutes and approximately 170 pesos (£8.50 or $17USD) will get you here from the newly refurbished PV international airport.

Downtown Vallarta with its abundant night life, its wonderful world class restaurants, stylish malecon, its offerings of every type of shopping a shop-a-holic could dream of, is at most 40 minutes away by public transport, less by taxi (costs no more than $20/£10).

Downtown is buzzing, Nuevo Vallarta is quieter and has some of the most safe and clean sandy beaches in the whole of the area.  There is no shortage of facilities yet the pace is slower, the welcome breeze a little cooler and the relaxation aspect greater.

Our aim at Casa Dali 2 is to offer a total chill-out zone.  We have the usual amenities one would expect from a Boutique Apartment:  tasteful décor, comfortable beds, nice subtle lighting, fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a whole array of accessories to make your stay comfortable.  We even have compimentary private motor sailer charters and fishing or whale watching trips lined up for you.  (Subject to season and availability – please see terms for details).

Relax and take a siesta or put the kids down for a nap on our lovely hanging bed which we refer to as an English hammock!  Far more comfortable and sociable than the original kind!  Stock up the bar, light up your clay oven and take a break from the public places by using your lifestyle terrace with its panoramic and far – reaching views.  Great place to catch the firework displays whilst sipping cocktails!

The upstairs floor has its own bathroom, bath tub with jets located under the palapa roof and a sunbathing area that is so private you can do it in the nude!  The double studio room is located up here and has its own lock off entrance.

Although furnished in the Mexican style, the British owners have kept a sense of contemporary Europe too and you will see little tokens of this as you enjoy the apartment.

The private pool and parking for this apartment ensure that you have your own space in this ever-popular area but the beach is literally a five minute walk away and has the  blue flag accreditation.

A local artist has his gallery and Mexican Studio Café a few steps from our front door, and to the other side of the road is 8 Tostadas, one of the best fish taco places around.  Inexpensive and high quality in both cases.

Take a local bus or taxi to any of the outlying areas and you will savour the delights of Nuevo Vallarta and enjoy the friendliness of the people here.

Missing the frantic pace?  Either pop downtown or go to one of the several hotels and resorts dotted around the coast line.  You can take the water taxi to Paradise Village which houses entertainment, restaurants, shopping plaza, supermarket, internet and laundry services as well as banks and tourist office.

The accommodation comprises 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms.  The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and there is a laundry area with washer-dryer.

This delightful 3 bedroom, 2 storey Penthouse apartment can sleep 2 - 8 adults.  There is private swimming pool for guests to use and one car parking space per booking. All accommodation has mini split aircon and/or ceiling fans and is served by elevator and 24 hour security. 

The accommodation comprises spacious entrance hallway with computer desk and book shelves; one twin ensuite bedroom with veranda and mountain views; one kingsize bedroom with veranda as before; adjacent bathroom; fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; laundry room with washer-dryer; lounge-dining room with magnificent marina views and also equipped with wall mounted plasma screen, DVD player and stereo system.  There is a double sofa bed (pull out couch) and chaise longue and marble dining table with 6 chairs.  The upstairs level (which can be locked off) has a separate double studio bedroom with Italian style contemporary closets, adjacent bathroom with large shower, wc and Italian style washbasin set in granite surround.  There are stunning panoramic mountain views from the sliding full length glass windows which are fitted with screens.  Onyx lamps give a soft hue at night time to this cosy boutique apartment.  

The piece de resistance of this gorgeously relaxing Penthouse is the suspended bed (ideal for siestas) and the jacuzzi jet bath tub, all housed under the shade of the palapa.  There is a secluded sun terrace area too for those wishing to "top up the all-over tan".  A handmade bar and some lovely artesan decor makes this a really special haven for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing and romantic holiday home.
